Mel Migrino

Mel Migrino is the Chairman and President of the Women in Security Alliance Philippines (WiSAP), a non stock, non-profit organization which focuses on empowering women in cybersecurity. She is part of the Executive Committee of the ASEAN CIO Association.  She has been cited as 2022 Influencer by the International Security Journal, UK and has been cited by Technology Magazine, Energy Digital and Cyber Magazine as a leading CISO among global cybersecurity leaders. She was awarded as Top 1 CSO30 ASEAN 2022, recognized as the Security Leader of the Year 2022 by Women in IT Awards and is part of the CIO100 2022 by Foundry. She was the former Vice President and Group CISO of Meralco, the largest Power DU and the largest Fintech in the Philippines, GCash and a former Cybersecurity Director of Deloitte Philippines.
